As we get ready to open our 2007 season at the Sanford Maine Stage Theatre Company, we are asking local businesses to support the theatre by placing an ad in our yearly playbill. All proceeds are used towards the production of shows and the operation of the theatre.

Our productions this year are all old favorites which include "The Wizard of Oz", "Oliver" and our final show of the season, the musical "Scrooge, The Stingiest Man in Town".

Our Annual Variety Show, that provides a scholarship to a graduating senior who will pursue a career in performing arts, is scheduled for July 14th. We will also present our annual Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre fundraiser in October. There are other activities, such as an Olde Tyme Radio Show and Illusion Quest (a magic show) presented by David Garrity, who has performed at Six Flags for fifteen years. These events are in the planning stages.

All in all, it is going to be an eventful and exciting season, and we are hoping that you will choose to take part in it.
